Youth and Family Ministry
Children, teens and families are an important part of our church! Our dynamic children’s program and youth ministry are a great blend of traditional values and Bible teaching while staying current in keeping up with the ever-changing needs of children, teens, and families in this fast moving society.

Sixth grade through high school? You're in the right place!
If you are a family with kids in sixth grade through high school you’re in the right place! At the San Diego Church of Christ, we provide a full youth ministry program tailored to the unique needs of each age group.
Our programs are Fun, Safe and God-centered, catering for the attention span and age-appropriate needs of each child in a relevant way. We are passionate about “connecting, equipping and empowering children, to bring the reality of God to their world.”
Each of our locations have programs for children from nursery through high school. Our youth and family (teen) ministry includes preteens (6th grades); young teens (7th-8th grades ) and teenagers (9-12 grades). There are also summer camps for each of these age groups (beginning with preteens) which offer lessons about God and opportunities for sports and other activities.

Youth & Family Ministry Leadership
The Youth and Family Leadership team loves to honor God by serving campuses all across San Diego!
Jeremy and Mallory Melcher-Post were married in 2013. Jeremy grew up in Phoenix, Arizona where he was met by disciples and then baptized into the Phoenix campus ministry when he was a sophomore in college in 2008. He was called into the ministry shortly after and worked with the campus ministry and teen ministry in the Phoenix Valley Church of Christ.

RayShon and Morgan Roberts have been happily married since May of 2015. RayShon, a San Diego native, became a Christian in his senior year of high school in 2008. He pursued a Bachelors in Audio Production at the Art Institute of San Diego. Morgan became a Christian at the University of San Diego in 2010, while on a full basketball scholarship where she earned a Communications degree.
