With over 350 people coming together on Sunday morning, we are a multi-generational church with children, parents, and grandparents worshiping God together as a family. We love to serve our community with a focus on family, youth, and children’s ministries. God is doing great things among us!

Church Life
We are passionately following Jesus as his “body” here on earth. The Bible tells us in Colossians chapter 1 that “[Jesus] is the head of the body, the church.” We strive to live out our lives as if Jesus were walking alongside us. We aren’t perfect, but in our imperfections we see our need for Jesus and do our best to spread his message. We do this the best way we know how: By loving each other, and loving the community around us.

RayShon and Morgan Roberts have been happily married since May of 2015. RayShon, a San Diego native, became a Christian in his senior year of high school in 2008. He pursued a Bachelors in Audio Production at the Art Institute of San Diego. Morgan became a Christian at the University of San Diego in 2010, while on a full basketball scholarship where she earned a Communications degree.

Ray and Janet became Christians in 1981 and 1980, respectively. They were married in 1989 and have two adult daughters.
Since January 2015, Ray has served as the Director of Administration for the SDCC. With guidance from the Ministry Leadership Group, he is responsible for the overall finances and budget of the Church. Ray previously served in Administration from 1996 – 2001 and currently serves as the Board Treasurer.

Loren Snyder has been in the ministry for 24 years and serves in the Young Professionals ministry as well as the Marrieds ministry in Pomerado. He has served in the Pomerado region in the San Diego Church for 12 years. Loren and Jennifer have been married since 1989 and they have three children: Taelor (24), Jordan (22), and Blake (19).
